NO PAIN NO GAIN?
I always hated that saying because I think it is important for people to know they shouldn't actually hurt themselves while exercising...but it is actually true. I prefer the new adage " Pain is Weakness leaving your body!" Now there are some words of inspiration! Did you know that the feeling of being sore is a really good sign that you have sufficiently broken down the muscle (ripped it if you will) and that will cause it to rebuild itself. That is why it is good...just thought I would pipe that in!
