I have been enjoying this great class every Wednesday at my gym. I do Zumba on Tuesday evenings too sometimes...very fun! Taking classes is a change for me , I prefer just going in and lifting weights by myself, but....I totally love the 2 trainers that are doing this class, they help so much and so motivating! They can tell that I am getting stronger and have more stamina..feels good!..no FEELS GREAT! I keep trying to attempt to do thsi Spinning/weight lifting class on Monday mornings but weird stuff keeps coming up so I VOW tonight to go this Monday even if the world blows up..heh heh! I also want to go to 24 S.E.T. tomorrw at 5:30pm but that is a very inconvient time...hummm? I will give it a shot, I so don't like driving places at night... I really need to be in the gym 3 times per week to get going here ( Keep in mind I do speed walk 3 miles up huge hills every weekday and most Saturday mornings as well.) If I lived closer to the darn gym I would get there everyday but this works, for now:) I am grateful I can even go at all, at this point!
Sidenote: I am not nearly as sore today as I was there for a while after this bootcamp class..good sign! It is totally different every week so your body doesn't get used to the routine, very good, but I am getting stronger so I am not suffering for the rest of the week at least! I ahve blisters from teh "rope" thing they had set up, I think all of us have these terrible blisters...I didn't like the ropes to be honest(see Biggest Loser this week to see what I am talking about, the trainers mimicked it) You pull your own weight while laying down and pulling yourself toward a pole the rope is attached to, with a towel under you so you slide better...NOT EASY!...you do that for 4 minutes and the change stations..2 times around the room...GREAT workout!

I actually love going to classes. It's really a good feeling when you realize you're stronger. We went dancing and Devin wanted to sit down for a break, but I wasn't tired! I love the variety of classes because your muscles get strong in different ways. I go to a core blast class that works abs and lower back, and my back is definitely stronger. You know by exercising, you can decrease your risk of heart disease by HALF??
