** whistling ** CONGRATS Danelle, you are lookin' smokin' hot!!
Hi Danelle,
Hubba-hubba, as the Con Edison crew in New York used to say. Can't believe the difference.
I've been ordered NOT TO TALK for a week due to chronic laryngitis. Can you believe that? One of the world's biggest yakkers before the current crop, and I am SILENCED?
Y'know, the monks who take the vows of silence may have something going! We saw the safron robed priests in Thailand, and I thought that was great -- a life lived in virtue. Then, we caught a photo of one priest having a smoke while squatted in a church courtyard. Hmmm... how NOT other worldly!
Anyway, I turned off all the noise in my head -- and on TV and radio, and just spent a very special day writing notes to my husband, taking a walk at 12:00 Noon in the sunshine, and then a nap.
Meanwhile, I thought about how I had misused my voice all last week by talking, talking, TALKING to everybody who called or came over. One woman finally told me to just go and sit by a window and have a cup of chamomile tea with some honey.
That's what I did, finally, after thinking about what it must be like to have your larynx or vocal chords be infected or missing or something like that.
BTW, thank you so much for the recipe with the yogurt and the cinnamon -- I wrote it on my shopping list and will get all the ingredients the next time I get to the store.
Blessed be, my dear, you are an inspiration to me and others.

The good thing is that your chests looks bigger in contrast. You're amazing Danelle!!
Wow! Good job. I wish I was having that luck. I weigh in tomorrow and hope im at least down 10 pounds or more. Keep up the good job.
You are amazing! I am so so so proud of you, because I know this is not easy. It's work every step of the way, and you're doing great.
You are such an inspiration! You look awesome, but don't forget we all love you for who you are not what size you are.
