I can't rave enough about this 24 camp/bootcamp class! They change it every week and that is why I get so dang sore!
I learned Wednesday that the only part of your body you can train to "sit" differently is your abs! If you stick your bottom out and suck your abs in they will begin to train themselves to stay that way. I want to post some pictures of this because I see so many women that "slouch..like me" and tuck their bottoms under and let the front "all hang out" this is not productive for your abs and VERY bad for your back people!
The more you hold those abs in the better they stay that way! Example pics to come later tonight:)
