I have had the munchies this past couple of days...wandering around trying to find something to snack on that won't kill me...I have been consuming an alarming amount of Diet Pepsi to try to tide myself over...could it be that is making me hungrier...PROBABLY...DUH! I have been eating nuts and too many I might add, I HATE NUTS! I did find a GREAT protein shake at Walmart yesterday! 52 grams of protein when you drink it in 12 ounces of skim milk...tasted pretty good too! Just the thing to satisfy my chocolate urges. That and I bought 10 sugar free chocolate almonds at Winco..one per day about does it. I am going to try cocoa powder in plain yogurt with stevia and a couple crushed almonds tomorrow...sounds delish(the things you will eat when you don't eat sugar..the protein shake has 3 grams of sugar so NOT an everyday thing for me).
Speaking of chocolate...Janice made chocolate chip bread Sunday and brought it in and all I needed was to smell it...it was Fabulous...it seems weird that I didn't want to eat it?Smelling it satisfied me..very odd?
I feel like this month is just one of those Stay the same months...not so excited for the D-day but next month I will ROCK your socks off! I have a PLAN:)

I really don't know how you do it. I have "blown" it for several days in a row now. being home all day with a sick child doesn't help. I need to be out and about! BTW, it was banana chocolate chip bread and you have amazing self control. and your shake? 3 grams of sugar? that's hardly anything! Gees, you're better than I thought!
