Exercise:
30 push ups
30 crunches bicycle style
30 lunges
30 squats
3 sets of 30 jumping jacks with 30 high knees in between
5 mile fast walk
end with : Some yoga stretches.
Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal sweetened with Splenda and 4 crushed almonds on top and 1/2 cup skim milk. 6 egg whites, green peeper, avocado and tomato.
snack: 25 almonds
lunch:
pile of salad with 2 TBLSPN light Asian dressing
1 cup brown rice
2 TBLSPN cup special teriakie sauce..made with Splenda ,soy , garlic ,chili flakes and corn starch and water
snack:1 cup baked squash with 1/2 cup homemade unsweetened applesauce and a dash of cinnamon topped with 5 crushed pecans...YUM!
Dinner: 1 BBQ chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
2 TBLSPN Splenda teriakie(Homemade..YUM!)

5 tall glasses
