Days 13,14 and 15...

I have been really good at getting to the gym at way to early 4am and it does feel pretty darn good to get in that am workout. I am not as sore as I have been in the past because I am taking it slower this time around and I really like that. maybe this next week I will kick it up a notch so I can suffer from the lactic acid misery?? My diet has been fabulous but I am starting to hate food and I hate thinking about what to eat! Seems like there isn't any fun left in this world now that my food has become so dulldrom??? My fabulous pumpkin yogurt is the only joy food I have to look forward to anymore. I am very grateful that my feet are holding up with so much walking and exercise! I have terrible problems with them usually but since I bought a very expensive pair of Merrills and I have been wearing my orthodics(spelling?) I have been in good shape! That usually gets me down when I am in pain all day after a hard days exercise program...so GRATITUDE for that!

I am going to stop[ rating the day I feel like from here on out I will post about how I am feeling and include whether or not I am doing well that day. After my first official weigh in I am going to only post once or twice a week. Weigh-ins once a month!

PERSONAL GOAL- DRINK MORE WATER!
