I skipped breakfast...big no no!
Lunch: 1 turkey breast sandwhich...wheat bread, mustard, lettuce, tomato, spinach, olives and pickles.
1 small bag of baked lays
Dinner: 6 egg whites
1/2 avocado
diced tomatoes
10 baby carrots
1 cup baked squash with splenda and cinnamon (Dessert:)
Exercise today: None I am embarassed to say, I had to pick up my sister-in-law today at 8:30 am and she was with me all day so I did not have time...I am being honest here...better luck today:)
Rate the day: 8 for food...0 for exercise!
