Day 5

Today I did pretty well. I have decided to not list everything I eat it becomes tedious but when I come up with new concoctions I will tell...like this morning I had oatmeal and instead of Splenda I decided to put Stevia (liquid) 6 drops on it with a teaspoon of maple extract and 5 crushed almonds..WOW! totally good and easy to eat! Very satisfying!

Avocados are a good fat! So I eat about half of one everyday and I like it on my egg whites in the morning!

Exercise I walked 5 miles today but didn't do any weights I am getting behind and I feel like a slug so I give it a 7...I can do better!
