
I don't have a lot of time in the mornings to fix breakfast but I take 10-15 minutes to fix this treat for myself. It is not only yummy but so great to start the day with good protein and carbs to keep me going! On the left we have 4 scrambled egg whites with red peppers, ham and 1/2 an avocado( great source of fat for us weight watchers!) I have added Salsa and onions too...or egg whites with onions and mushrooms sauteed in 1 teaspoon of olive oil...double YUMMO! To the right we have oatmeal fixed in the microwave with strawberries and bananas and Stevia and skim milk...triple yummo! Works well with frozen blueberries or maple flavor extract and chopped up pecans...whatever floats your boat!
