I look exactly the same so what is the point? I weigh EXACTLY the same...UGH! Still 199 pounds. I think this must be the month of PLATEAU! It was bound to happen right?I am not on a ranch with a trainer soley focused on me, I have a real life people! I am trying to not be discouraged, Push through this! At least I didn't gain right? I know I can maintain now...good news right?
I have not taken measurements but I guarantee they are the same too:)
