New goal...
I am very excited to get under 200 pounds! I know that will happen way before Summer so I have decided to buy a new swimsuit that I will wear at every possible moment! I have spent many summers trying to avoid being in a swimsuit...NO LONGER! I am proud of my body and I am no longer shamed to be in a swimsuit! I want to try water skiing again this year too! I told my friend today to not be shocked if she comes over and I am mowing the lawn in just my swimming suit...hee hee! I am going to have an "under 200 pounds" celebration for myself and instead of going somewhere for our anniversary I am taking Robert to go get massages and stay at Skamania lodge for a getaway! I am so Darn excited! Robert is going to teach me to snowboard this year too! I am not the biggest outdoor woman but I really want to do SOMETHING with the "hubby of all outdoor fun"!

We're back... from southern California. Regrettably, I stepped on the scale today (I haven't weighed myself since June) and am not a happy camper. Just say that I am NOT where I wanted to be.
So, I ate celery and had a protein shake for breakfast, some edamame (soybeans) and more celery for lunch, and a reasonable plate of spaghetti for dinner.
Darn it, I never got to the gym because of fear of driving on ice and snow. Will work out by hook or crook later tonight.
Did you know that Oprah Winfrey has regained the weight she lost and is now 200 pounds? She is reinventing her diet and exercise routine at 4 PM PT on Monday, Janusry 5, 2009 on Channel 8.

I have a small cyst which requires hand surgery planned at 2PM at Mother Joseph Plaza. Hopefully, I'll be back home in time to see the show.
