Turkey Wrap lunch


I thought I would share one of my favorite lunches with you! Turkey wrap with "lemonade".

Turkey wrap: 3 slices deli turkey meat( It is just a hair over 100 grams) I buy mine at Winco - 160 calories
1 whole grain tortilla wrap(200 calories)
2 tblspn. cream cheese ( 100 calories)
finely sliced green leaf lettuce( who cares how many calories are in that it is good for you!)

Total : 360 calories minus the lettuce cals..ha ha.


Spread layer roll and cut in half.

Eat one 1/2 for lunch and one 1/2 for later snack or dinner!...or even tomorrow's lunch:)

" lemonade Danelle style" : 1 12 once glass
sparkling water
lemon juice( I use the bottled kind but fresh is even better) about 2 tablespoons.
10-15 drops stevia( I have used less but I like it really sweet:)

There are very few calories if any in this drink!

* you have to play with this to get it just right for your own taste but it is a much healthier alternative to soda! Warning: lemon juice is very acidic and if you have sensitive teeth( like I do ) do not drink this very often. It makes a nice " once -in -a while treat"

Finish this fabulous lunch off with an apple
!( 52 calories per 100 grams...about 110 calories per apple)

we should get together and share ideas. i would never make that for myself. i would if someone is with me. hint hint. that would be better than the teriaki chicken sandwich without the bun dont you think?
