Totally yummy quick snack!
1/2 cup plain yogurt(there are "sugars" in plain yogurt but if you look at the ingredients it is not sugar from added sugar it is milk sugar...occurs naturally...you can't avoid it) ..60 calories and about 5-7 strawberries cut up-about 30 calories per 100 grams( we shall say 90 calories here?)...then about 10 drops of liquid stevia! SCRUMPTIOUS! How can you beat 130 calories for a whole bowl of deliciousness?

I want more ideas! Devin just told me that Splenda makes you gain belly fat! Yuck! I'll have to get some Truvia--that's all stevia, isn't it?
