I want to comment on tonight's Biggest Loser episode. The Black team won yet another challenge leaving the blue team feeling quite sad. A college kid, Mike, from the black team felt bad because there is a mom on the blue team has 5 kids and she could use a year supply of food more than he could. He ACTUALLY gave his prize to her...BROUGHT ME TO TEARS! I also noticed there are two guys on the black team that I think are Mormon( I could be wrong???)! WHOO HOO! Very inspiring show!
I also just want to shout out a HUGE thanks you, once again, to everyone who has been a strength and support to me in this journey! I am so Grateful that I started this blog and that friends have joined in in following it! Even , dare I say, some of their husbands as well! I am overwhelmed at the outpouring of support. I got a phone call from a friends husband tonight(it was about scouts ) but he mentioned he , too , had been looking at my blog and he congratulated me...felt so nice! So THANKS it really does keep me focused on the goal and challenges me to work that much harder!

I think it would be interesting for your fans to know more about the way you've been able to give up the addiction to food so many of us deal with. How have you been able to emotionally separate yourself from certain food, quantities ... and how has it impacted your life. We're all ears!
I've been out of lately and I clicked on your pic and I'm in shock you look so great, totally different! Way to go and work hard to your goal!
