Salsa:
3-4 tomatoes , diced
1/2 onion , diced
1 tablespoon diced garlic (I buy it in a jar at Winco)
1/2 bunch of cilantro (chopped fine)
salt to taste
2 tablespoons lime juice or jiuce from 1 fresh lime ( I use the juice from the store in a plastic container from produce)
Chicken breast:
1-3 diced and cooked in a little olive oil with salt to taste
sliced black olives
1 dolup each sour cream
2 corn tortillas ( I ususally make my own but I just used store bought today:)
This is a quick and easy dinner option! Did I mention it is DELICIOUS?

This sounds amazing! I'm going to try this the next time I go grocery shopping! If you have any healthy and yummy dinner ideas that you would like to post, that would be awesome so I can build up my recipes and try new things :)
