I just bought a pair of size 10 shorts and jeans and they fit FABULOUSLY!

Haven't lost touch with you. Lots of living going on here in Beaverton!
I'm FINALLY losing weight.
Had a big revelation about drugs I was taking and stopped two of them. Details in person if you want to talk.
Key drug was causing significant weight gain.
Appetite is back to normal after years of dealing with side effects.
Have a wonderful July 4th. We have the grandchildren on Saturday! Hooray!
