Have a happy Day!


Just thought I would plug the whole NOT eating after 5pm. Originally, I stopped at 4pm but now I changed it to 5pm and HELLO it really makes a difference ( down 1 more pound since Monday...HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY me!!). I would love to read some scientific evidence that this is true but... I believe you need sufficient time between your last meal and sleep to get the metabolism ready to sleep. Eating a really substantial breakfast first thing in the AM also gets that metabolism going!
I am on top of the world!!!!!!!!

Way to go girl. I'm so happy for you. I'm depressed about my weight and need to get motivated to try again. I need to look at this daily and maybe it will help me.

I read that drinking at least 20 oz of H2O first thing in the morning will help metabolism too. I also read a study and people that drank 16 oz. of milk within 30 minutes of heavy exersize or weight lifting lost more fat and gained more lean muscle than people who just drank water. You are awesome.
