MY GOALS

1. Lose 60 plus pounds
2. Eat healthy food..no more than 1800 calories per day
3. Exercise 6 days a week
a. Walking ever weekday 5 miles with friends
b. Strength training at home 30 minutes everyday including Saturday
c. Focus on core strength
4. Wake up at 5am every weekday to accomplish strength training goal
5. Journal all food consumption
6. Record my measurements and weight every month about same day..the 3rd or so.
7. Take my supplements everyday
8. Positive thinking!
