I have to admit it is easier to NOT eat anything at all than to figure out what to eat. I find myself (on occasion) not eating until well after noon. I try to make an effort to swallow down some oatmeal for breakfast but every now and then I just don't eat. I know it is not healthy for me...I am making a plan to not do this anymore. I have lost to need to eat...I don't even feel hungry at 2 or 3 when I realize I haven't eaten. While this is good in some respects, I need to be very careful that this doesn't evolve into a major problem.
As for exercise...well I have been "hold up" here at home with snow snow snow(3 days now)...As soon as this ends and the roads are decent I am GOING TO THE GYM!
At least eating is my problem anymore eh?
I was 227 this morning but who is counting? I wasn't suppose to look anyway...bad girl!

I have this same problem on occasion. I remember to feed my family but forget to eat until it's lunch time... not sure how that works... although I usually get in a ton of water throughout the morning if that is the case. I too am trying to stop that from happening. There's just so much to do. :o)
